This project faced a tight six-month timeline to transform a blank slate into a complete outdoor living space, including a swimming pool, covered structure, waterless grass, putting green, decks, walking trail, landscaping, and a greenhouse. The complexity of the design added to the challenge, particularly the perimeter overflow pool and a spa with a 4-sided acrylic perimeter overflow, both requiring precise engineering and installation. Additionally, a motorized aluminum louver structure set in the middle of the pool with turf extending to the water’s edge required intricate design execution within the constrained timeline.

The project’s success was driven by a flexible client who made quick decisions and a dedicated team of skilled subcontractors. Thorough pre-construction planning and detailed designs allowed us to streamline the build, avoiding potential delays.
