The property featured a significant slope from front to back, with the house, driveway, and landscaping directly in the path of natural water flow, requiring precise grading and drainage solutions to prevent water-related issues. Additionally, the backyard’s poor soil quality presented challenges for installing the pool on sloped terrain, necessitating specialized engineering techniques to ensure structural integrity. Finally, it was crucial to harmonize the design of the hardscape and softscape with the home’s architecture and the interior designer’s chosen color palette, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor aesthetic.
