Challenge

The project involved demolishing an old, leaking shotcrete spa located on the 6th floor of a high-end highrise in Victory Park, requiring careful removal of debris via crane to a bustling street below.

Solution

We introduced a state-of-the-art, leak-proof stainless steel commercial spa vessel, complete with new mechanical systems and an all-tile interior for durability and elegance. The spa was crowned with a visually captivating acrylic vanishing edge, designed for residents to indulge in luxurious relaxation with wine in hand, against the backdrop of the stunning Dallas skyline.
