Pure Design worked tirelessly with us to create a backyard atmosphere that fit our family perfectly. They were readily available to answer any and all questions, and really listened to us. They provided a highly personalized level of service and were hands on throughout our entire project. You will be kept up to date on the progress of the project through a scheduling/messaging app; this app was also used as a constant stream of communication between ourselves and the owners. As with building a home, there are always minor issues that come up. Pure Design responded quickly with appropriate solutions to any issues we experienced. We have already recommended Pure Design to several of our friends. We will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool in the DFW area!
